Quality Assurance Lead (Technical)—This international organization required a professional team of multilingual technical software testers and a plan to follow for eLearning software for McDonalds.

Action
Review and test the internationalized base software modules (6 modules). Formulate and write a comprehensive testing plan, a measurement matrix, and training sessions for the 20 testers (2 for each language) for the localized versions. Provide a group of testers for each of the 10 languages (International English, French, Canadian French, International Spanish, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, and 3 Chinese languages).

Result
An extremely tight deadline was met for the program to be introduced at a McDonald’s event in April 2004. The end client was impressed with the delivery and ordered additional modules. They continue to adapt and improve the eLearning program.
